NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT RTW FACTORY MADE

Starting at 12 noon on Saturday, January 31, 2026, we will be releasing six new RTW FACTORY MADE items. This time, we have prepared the classic COVERT CLOTH and DOMESTIC CHINO, which can be worn throughout the season. Please come and experience the golden ratio of IGARASHI TROUSERS cultivated by BESPOKE.

RTW FACTORY MADE was born from the desire to make what we consider to be the best trousers available to as many people as possible, with the cooperation of our partner factories. We provide patterns and hold repeated discussions about even the smallest details of sewing, and we update the product every year.

As a BESPOKE manufacturer, we are unable to mass-produce our products. However, the measurement data of our customers of all body types is a valuable asset for us. We incorporate the "golden ratio" derived from this vast amount of data into our factory-produced trousers.

RTW FACTORY MADE is the gateway to experiencing this philosophy and technology. This collection is for people who are familiar with IGARASHI TROUSERS but want to try them out first. This lineup features models with different appeal for each material.

This functional material was originally developed for hunting jackets worn during the British hunting culture, when people trekked through rugged mountains. It is incredibly durable, able to repel thorns and friction, and the use of heathered yarn, made by twisting two different colored threads together for the warp, gives it a rich look that blends seamlessly into the natural landscape.

By combining its heavy-duty origins with modern sensibilities and Igarashi Trousers' tailoring, we have elevated it into a sophisticated pair of pants suitable for everyday urban wear. The fabric itself has a slight stretch, providing a level of comfort that is hard to imagine given its heavy appearance. You can enjoy its powerful texture that will not fade over time throughout three seasons, from autumn to early spring.

While "chino" is now a general term for cotton pants, it originally referred to the direction of the weave, with the authentic "left twill" pattern running from the top left to the bottom right. Using domestically produced materials woven with this traditional left twill, which sets them apart from the "west point" (right twill) pattern running from the top right to the bottom left, the natural softness of the fabric and the supple texture that becomes more comfortable against the skin the more you wear them are what make them so appealing.

Its high density gives it a sturdy texture, while retaining the natural look of cotton and the slight stretchiness of the fabric itself. While retaining the nuances of rugged workwear, it also has a clean elegance suitable for mature attire, blending beautifully into a modern wardrobe, whether on or off duty.

This new lineup is not bound by seasons, and can be enjoyed throughout the year, from the three seasons excluding midsummer. We hope you will find a piece that suits you.
