- Since its founding in 2014, the company has been specializing in making made-to-order trousers for over 10 years, and this garment is made based on the experience, technology, and pattern data it has acquired. Despite being ready-made, this garment allows you to experience the quality of made-to-order clothing.
- "RTW ATELIER MADE" is produced in limited quantities by craftsmen at our atelier and headquarters in Yamanashi Prefecture, who mainly sew made-to-order trousers. This is a ready-to-wear line that is made possible because of our in-house production, making full use of the sewing techniques and ironing work of BESPOKE, the highest-end line of IGARASHI TROUSERS, even though it is machine-made.
- Unlike a tailored jacket, which can create a beautiful silhouette with three-dimensional interlining and ironing work, trousers do not have interlining in most areas, so in order to create a three-dimensional, beautiful silhouette that fits the body, it is essential to tuck in the waist and iron work in various places. This is a piece that has been made with the skill and effort that can only be achieved by producing it in our own atelier.
- The pattern was specially designed for easy trousers based on the 02 tapered silhouette, which was updated to a new model from fall 2024. The rise, knee and hem width have been adjusted to better suit modern sensibilities, and the details have been adjusted to fit better when worn than ever before.
- The trousers made by IGARASHI TROUSERS are characterized by the fact that when viewed from the front, they look slimmer and more stylish than their actual measurements. In other words, they are comfortable to wear with ample room, and at the same time, they make your legs look slimmer and more stylish, which seems to be contradictory at first glance.
- These easy trousers have an elastic waistband that stretches up to 15.0 cm around the circumference.

- The waist is designed to stretch up to +15.0cm, so it can be worn by a wider range of sizes than regular trousers. If you normally wear 42-44, we recommend size S, if you normally wear 46-48, we recommend size M, and if you normally wear 50-52, we recommend size L.
- The knee width is wider than the original tapered model so that the less stretchy fabric does not impair the comfort of bending and straightening the knees. We designed it to have a stylish silhouette that doesn't restrict movement and is relaxed.
- The tapered silhouette tapers gently towards the hem, so the hem doesn't bunch up and can be paired well with sandals, slip-ons, sneakers, etc.
- The hem is finished in a light single style or a double style that looks like dress trousers, both of which go well together.
- The drawstring at the waist is made of ultra suede, a material that is durable against friction and has a luxurious feel.
- The design is a two-pleat design that IGARASHI TROUSERS is good at. It is difficult to create a good balance with pleats, but as a brand that specializes in trousers, we have designed it with a golden balance derived from our extensive production experience.
- The side pockets are slanted, which is the most common choice for custom orders. They are easy to put your hands in and out of, and because they are aligned with the two pleats, they look well-balanced and stylish.
- The front has a zipper for easy on and off.
- Hip pockets are only on the right side, which is the style of IGARASHI TROUSERS. This is because when ordering, only the hip pockets that will actually be used are attached, and since it is common to only use one side, this idea is reflected in the ready-to-wear garments.
Fabric
- We use Irish linen from Spence Bryson, a long-established British fabric manufacturer.
- We have selected the sage color from the TOROPICAL series, which is a popular fabric for summer suits.
- With a firm weave of 370g/m, it has a firm texture and firmness, allowing you to enjoy the rich wrinkles that are unique to linen.
- The texture of the fabric will become softer and more comfortable with each wear, allowing you to enjoy the changes that occur over time.
- Linen, which has been popular as a luxury summer material, is particularly well suited to Japan's hot and humid climate due to its dry feel and heat dissipation, water absorption, and antibacterial properties, making it comfortable to wear even in hot weather.
- Unusual colors like grayish green are just as versatile as khaki and beige items, and are easy to incorporate into any outfit.
- The fabric itself has a slight stretch.
