Despite being ready-made, this garment allows you to experience the quality of made-to-order clothing.
- "RTW ATELIER MADE" is produced in limited quantities by craftsmen at our atelier and headquarters in Yamanashi Prefecture, who mainly sew made-to-order trousers. This is a ready-to-wear line that is made possible because of our in-house production, making full use of the sewing techniques and ironing work of BESPOKE, the highest-end line of IGARASHI TROUSERS, even though it is machine-made.
- Unlike a tailored jacket, which can create a beautiful silhouette with three-dimensional interlining and ironing work, trousers do not have interlining in most areas, so in order to create a three-dimensional, beautiful silhouette that fits the body, it is essential to tuck in the waist and iron work in various places. This is a piece that has been made with the skill and effort that can only be achieved by producing it in our own atelier.
- The pattern uses the 02 tapered silhouette, which has been updated to a new model from fall 2024. The rise, knee and hem widths have been adjusted to better suit modern sensibilities, and the details have been adjusted to fit better when worn than ever before.

- We used fabric from Watanabe Textile, a textile brand based in Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, surrounded by the nature-rich beauty of Mount Fuji.
- Watanabe Textile is an attractive textile brand that offers one-of-a-kind fabrics created by designers with a background in architecture, photography, and art who handle everything from design to weaving.
- This item is made using fabric that we were able to purchase specially through our connections in Yamanashi, where IGARASHI TROUSERS is based.
- This rare material, cupra x linen, is unique to the brand in Fujiyoshida City, which is famous for its lining production.
- Cupra is a natural regenerated fiber made from cotton, which is made by dissolving the down that surrounds the cotton stalk and turning it into thread. As you can see from its use as a high-quality lining, it is a material that is soft to the touch, has excellent moisture absorption and release properties, and is highly resistant to friction.
- A fabric that combines cupra, which has a luster and moisture similar to silk and a soft feel, with linen, which has a crisp feel and becomes more flavorful with use. It has a unique, firm texture.
- The navy blue has a delicate heathered look and feels refreshing to wear.
