A special shopping experience

"ORDER JOURNEY" is a series that introduces memorable stories we encounter while guiding customers around the country on a daily basis. This time, we bring you a one-of-a-kind purchasing experience held at our Tokyo atelier, where you can experience the artisans' handiwork up close.

The Tokyo Trunk Show was held on Saturday, November 15th and Sunday, November 16th. The venue was the IGARASHI TROUSERS Tokyo Atelier, which had just undergone a layout renewal. This time, we welcomed the artisans who sew at the Yamanashi headquarters atelier, providing a special opportunity to see firsthand the handiwork.

The opportunity to talk with artisans, who you normally wouldn't be able to talk to, and to see up close the techniques that go into the details, such as needlework and ironing, made for a truly "face-to-face ordering experience with the maker." Over the two days, each customer was able to experience the process of how their custom-made garment was created.

In addition, this time, exclusively for customers who order BESPOKE, we will be holding a live experience where you can have a trouser pattern made on the spot. How your body's habits and corrections are incorporated into the lines, leading to your ideal silhouette... It is a new purchasing experience where you can share in the process.

A garment is shaped in dialogue with the customer's own body... We believe that being able to see this process right before your eyes is a special value that only IGARASHI TROUSERS can offer.

We will continue to hold trunk shows regularly at our Tokyo Atelier. Please come and experience it for yourself.
